Bookout Studios – Huntsville Alabama Photographer

Hello there!

Thanks for stopping by Bookout Studios in the Main Street South Shopping Center in good ole' Huntsville, Alabama.

My name is Heather Bookout and I am the photographer here at Bookout Studios. I wanted to share a little about our little life here at the studio. I get to work with my husband, Ben, he is dashing and I still am nuts about him or I drive him nuts, but either way, we keep it fun most of the time. :)

Ben is behind the scenes and is in charge of keeping everything running. He helps me out with all my crazy ideas I tend come up with. You may run into us if you frequent Hobby Lobby and Home Depot. And of course, Target (said in french accent). Always better that way!

Ben and I have two girls. They are so very different. My oldest is Gabriella, she is way into Mermaids right now. She is hoping when she gets to heaven that God will let her be a mermaid. Savannah, my two year old, is our little comedian and is always doing something silly to get a laugh. She likes to sing Katy Perry's Fireworks song at the top of her lungs way, way off key. She is a hoot and a half.

Christina is my right hand woman at the studio. She helps me during sessions to make it all happen. We act like silly school girls and LOVE to have fun! We think we have the best jobs because kids tend to like us being goofy. And parents tend to like it when their kids smile, so it is a win-win.

Mallory is our studio assistant and all around sweetest girl you will ever meet. She just exudes a loveliness. She helps us anyway she can. And we love her for it.

Oh, before I go, Ben and I have a favorite verse that I wanted to share. It always helps us to stay encouraged. Whenever I feel down, I realize I am doing all those things that it says NOT to do. Check it out you may be blessed by it, too.

Gorgeous Sessions

We are very excited about launching this new side to our studio. It is our heart to bless, love and empower women. Check out these images to see our introductory pricing and all the amazing images. These images are so beautiful, soft and lovely.

This is Christina my right hand woman, doesn’t she look amazing. I see a little of Kim Kardashian in the middle image. She is always having a fun and love the joyous expression of the last image. She has a heart of gold and really makes it fun to work at the studio. :)

This is me, Heather. I feel so silly posting these pictures of myself. I of all people can relate to the vulnerable place you are put in doing something like this. I am not a tiny thing. I have my own insecurities just like any other woman. Now, I am so glad that I had these pictures made, even though I was timid at first (which is totally natural to be nervous). I know this experience has made me more empowered and has helped me see myself in a more beautiful way.

During the session I don’t think I ever have felt more beautiful. It was like I was in a fairytale. I want to give that experience to as many women as possible. I LOVE these images, but even more importantly. . . I love how I FELT during the experience and even after. Every time I see these breathtaking images, I think, “Is this really ME?” I know going through this experience myself has made me more sensitive to my clients and will help them through so they can see their real beauty. Helping woman see that, is something that blesses my heart beyond words!

This is Mallory. She is our client coordinator here at the studio. She is such a wonderful person to be around. Her beauty glows from the inside and out. She is always encouraging me and I love her for it. :)

Restoration Hardware Inspired Newborn Session in Huntsville Alabama

We love Restoration Hardware here at the studio and we were so excited we Mr. G came to visit us. His nursery is from RH and we were pumped to design something inspired by that fabulous store! Ben and I searched high and low to find a large pulley here in Huntsville to hoist the crate that Mr. G is in. We love this tattered-old-hardware vibe. We hope you enjoy it, too! :)

Model Call for women the ages of 20 – 120

Model Call at Bookout Studios. This is for all women between the ages of 20 – 120. We are looking for curvy, skinny, average girls (all shapes) that would love a portrait of themselves where they look and feel incredible, hot and amazing!! We believe that God created in every woman a deep desire to be beautiful. Beautiful in their appearance and in their heart. We don’t care if you need to lose a few extra pounds or if just “need a little more time” to reach your ideal. We want you as you are. We would love the opportunity to capture your beauty.

There is no minimum order and no session fee.

Boho Inspired Senior Session in Huntsville Alabama
