This first section is for baby plans.  The second is for single sessions.  Babies change so much during their first year that you don’t want any of those sweet moments to slip away uncaptured.  Baby Plans provide you with 3 portrait sessions over the course of 1 year that will document those precious stages of their development. We’ve designed our Baby Plans to be an unbeatable investment by including delightful gifts and bonuses throughout the year!

Artisan Baby Plan – $1000:

With the Artisan baby plan, you will receive 3 custom sessions over the course of one year. Heather Bookout will be your photographer and we pull out all the stops to make sure that your experience and images are like no other! Each session will be custom-tailored perfectly for you. Our studio provides everything from elaborate set designs, detailed wardrobe selection to incredible custom packages. The Artisan is the only session that comes with a complimentary movie mixed with still images at the end of your plan. This movie contains amazing images from each of your sessions. In addition, at the end of your Artisan baby plan, you will receive a gorgeous 15×30 storyboard print, which contains images from each of your sessions.

The Artisan session is comparable to a spa experience that will last for a half-day but will live in your heart for years to come. To start it off, you will have an in-person consultation with Heather to discuss your decorating tastes and styles, and your photographic desires.   You will decide on the shoot-location and the shoot-date.  Next, you and Heather will discuss wardrobe selection.  You even have the option of having clothing created for you at no additional charge. A hair and make-up artist is provided for all 3 Artisan sessions throughout your baby plan. Artisan sessions may include any family member.  Each portrait session will be followed by an Order Appointment at our studio (usually 1 week after your session).  This Order Appointment will be where you view your images and select any prints, frames, custom announcements or other products you wish to purchase.

The session fee for Artisan Baby Plan is $1000.

Due to the custom-nature of each session, there is a required minimum purchase of $2500 for each session.

Premium Baby Plan – $500:

This plan is great for those who want the Bookout Studios experience but do not require all the perks of the Artisan baby plan. With the Premium baby plan, you will receive 3 (2-hour) sessions with Heather Bookout throughout the course of one year. This baby plan comes with hair and make-up as well as 2 set designs per session. At the end of your baby plan, you will receive an 10×20 storyboard print which contains your favorite image from each session.

Premium Sessions may include baby’s parents and siblings.

Each portrait session will be followed by an Order Appointment at our studio (usually 1 week after your session).  This Order Appointment will be where you view your images and select any prints, frames, custom announcements or other products you wish to purchase.

Baby b Plan – $159:

If you are looking for just a taste of what Bookout Studios can provide, this baby plan is for you. The baby b plan includes three sessions over the course of one year. An associate photographer who has extensively apprenticed with Heather Bookout and is TRUE to the Bookout Studios look and style!  Each Baby b session will last 30 minutes, allows 2 outfits and 2 set designs.  At the end of your baby b plan, you will receive a 5×10 storyboard print that includes one image from each session documenting the growth of your baby. Print prices start at $50

Please note that while the Baby B Plan gives you a Bookout Studios experience at an excellent price, it does NOT include any of the following, but you can upgrade to some of these perks for an additional fee:  newborn session, parents or siblings, additional editing, upgraded print mounting, outside locations, bump or blemish removal, hair & make-up artist.

SINGLE SESSIONS

$500 – Artisan Custom Session:**

Bookout Studios invites you to take a step out of time with this incredible never-before-offered custom portrait session.  The Artisan is the ultimate spa-like portrait experience which includes your own hair and make-up artist, elaborate set-design, detailed wardrobe selection – perfectly tailored to meet your photographic desires.  The Artisan is the only session that comes with a complimentary movie mixed with still images. This movie contains amazing images from your session and breath-taking movies of the unforgettable day’s event.
